Our entire Indian country is immersed in the celebration of the anniversary of independence. India has completed 75 years of independence. Independence Day is considered to be the biggest festival of Indian democracy.

Celebration this year

In the joy of completing 75 years of independence of our country. Plus to awaken the feeling of attachment towards the country. Also to awaken patriotism among the citizens of our country, permission was given to hoist the flag in the house. A slogan was selected by the Prime Minister of our country. So that one can hoist the flag at every house. The name of that slogan is Har Ghar Tricolor.

With the slogan ‘Har Ghar Par Aayunga’, it was announced by the Prime Minister of our country that all the citizens of India will be able to hoist the flag of our country in their homes from August 13 to August 15. We all discovered the same that every house had a flag hoisted on their homes.

All People must be aware to celebrate 76th Independence Day in Amrit Mahotsav on 15th August. On the completion of 75 years of our country’s independence and to promote the spirit of patriotism on the screen of the countrymen.

The main reason for sanctioning the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan is to promote patriotism in the heart of all the citizens of our country. Har Ghar Jhanda This campaign will make the citizens of our country aware of the tricolor but will also get an opportunity to promote respect for the tricolor.

India became independent on 15 August 1947. We are celebrating the anniversary of this independence on 15 August 2022.

This Independence Day, let’s take a pledge to cover the peace and concinnity of our great nation. Happy Independence Day.

Why Independence Day?

Independence Day is celebrated annually on 15th August as a public holiday in India commemorating the nation’s independence from the UK on 15 August 1947, the day when the provisions of the Indian Independence Act, which transferred legislative sovereignty to the Indian Constituent Assembly, came into effect.
India retained King George VI as head of state until its transition to a republic, when the Constitution of India came into effect on 26 January 1950 (celebrated as Indian Republic Day) and replaced the dominion prefix, Dominion of India, with the enactment of the sovereign law Constitution of India. India attained independence following the independence movement noted for largely non-violent resistance and civil disobedience.

History

Independence coincided with the partition of India. British India was divided along religious lines into the Dominions of India and Pakistan. The partition was accompanied by violent riots and mass casualties. The displacement of nearly 15 million people due to religious violence. On 15 August 1947, the first Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru raised the Indian national flag. It was above hoisted above the Lahori Gate of the Red Fort in Delhi. On each subsequent Independence Day, the incumbent Prime Minister customarily raises the flag and gives an address to the nation.
